Of course, we don't limit your usage of our tools. However, your AI provider and Google Sheets™ have certain limits. We comply with those limits. Learn more about limits from AI providers.
What is the pricing for AI usage?
For AI usage, you pay the AI provider directly. You will get the best pricing from them. Depending on the AI model you use, the pricing is very affordable for most use cases. For example, GPT-5 and other models offer competitive per-token pricing. For more advanced AI models, you will see higher pricing. We recommend trying lightweight models, tweaking your prompts, and observing the result quality first. For the latest price of each AI model, see their website here.
How easy it is to get an API key?
Very easy; you just need to sign up on the AI provider's website, add credit, copy the API key, and paste in our add-ons. You don't need any technical skills to do this. Learn more about how to add an API key here.
Which AI provider should I use?
It depends on which AI model you prefer. If you are new, we recommend Straico or OpenRouter. Learn more about choosing an AI model.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day refund policy for the yearly plan and a 7-day refund policy for the monthly plan.
I already bought a lifetime deal. Is it still valid?
Yes. If you purchased a lifetime deal while it was available, your access is unchanged and you keep every feature included with it. Nothing you already own is affected by the offer ending.
